Troubleshooting a V3 probe

Hello,
My probe (#32520) is ‘Disconnected’ (since 2025-05-22 08:18:31 UTC).

I’ve tried several things: disconnecting and reconnecting the power supply, replacing the Ethernet cable, changing the port on the switch, without success.

The current status of the LEDs is as follows:

  • Power: on
  • Internet: off
  • Wireless: slow blinking
  • LAN/Wan: blink
  • WPS/RESET: on

What can I do?
Reflashing the firmware? The USB key? An incantation?

Hello!

It might be that your usb stick needs to be reinitialised or replaced. Have you tried the steps in this video?

Thanks for the tip, the probe seems to be working again. The original USB key was obviously completely out of order.
(Note: I’m not really a fan of video-style tutorials. :wink: )
