My Ripe Atlas Probe has stopped connecting with an active internet connection and has blinking lights on the ethernet port and a slow blinking red light on front.
Hello! There are a few basic things you can try to bring it back to life: power cycle or try a different power source / charger. We’ve seen cases where the local network configuration was not playing well with the probe, so sometimes it’s useful to try plugging the probe in temporarily on a different network, to check if it generally works there. Finally, you can open a support request with us at atlas@ripe.net mentioning your probe ID - and we can check what we see on our end.
