New Probe V5 never connect to controller, stuck in registration status

Hi, i get Atlas Probe v5 from Ambassador, when first installing in my network was online. but when i activate ipv6, after rebooting than the probe never online again until now.

could you check, hereby the probe ID 64441

V4 probe registers hourly to ctr-dub-hw02 but never connects (similar symptoms to June 2025?)

If you send an email, please include information about your probe, such as whether you have IPv6 via DHCP or a static IP address, etc.
