New DNSMON, DomainMON, and Atlas UI update

Hello Atlas Community,

We just released some big updates to a variety of RIPE Atlas related products:

DNSMON

DomainMON

You can read more about the new versions of DNSMON and DomainMON at this RIPE Labs article

And at the same time, we have a few updates to other parts of the Atlas UI, including:

  • NEW: Use Cases menu in side bar
  • NEW: Resize dashboard cards
  • CHANGE: QuickLook card: resize map
  • CHANGE: Results graphs on probe detail now show disconnected periods

Hi Stephen, thank you so much for commenting on the updates. I am still disappointed by two problems:

Is it possible that write off button is displayed incorrectly?
Under probe → manage
The button is broken already:

Missing write off reason given in new UI layout; unlike the old UI layout, it’s shows displayed write off reason given.
Recent example: Probe 1008601

Hi, and thanks for reporting this. The “reason” field might take a few minutes to sync, I do see it there now in your example probe. And the write off button was definitely a bug that has now been fixed and will be rolled out to production soon. You can verify the fix on our beta site at https://beta-ui.atlas.ripe.net
