Requesting a small credit grant for testing a monitoring use case

I’m setting up a small monitoring project to check DNS/reachability of specific hostnames from within Colombian ISP networks (Claro/AS10620, Movistar/AS3816, Tigo-UNE/AS13489, ETB/AS19429), using existing public probes in those ASNs. My account currently has 0 credits and I’d like to run a small controlled test (a handful of one-off ping/DNS measurements, well under 500 credits total) before deciding whether to host a probe of my own long-term.

Would it be possible to get a small starter credit grant for this initial test?
