# Probe not showing as connected?

Hi all,  
Just set up a new RIPE Atlas probe, but it’s stuck in “disconnected” status. LEDs look fine. Anything basic I might be missing?

Hi, we could look into what we see on the infra side if you specify which probe is yours.
